"Polka Dots & Red Wine"

Ox blood is an all time favourite when it comes to colours in my wardrobe - though I don't have enough of it. It's such a beautiful, rich colour and looks great on. This is actually a River Island maxi dress, though it's a strappy one, so not so good for the current climate - it actually snowed today in London - seriously snow, get out of here! We need more of last weeks sunshine.

To keep this summer piece wearable through winter I added my monochome polka dot shirt over the top and a waist belt to hold it all together. The bag is an Asos purchase that I've had for years and I'm always using it - I love the tan on black.
The belt and necklace I've featured in previous posts (and more than likely, more to come) are firm staples in my wardrobe that I love to mix and match with all kinds of pieces.

Dress: River Island
Shirt: H&M
Boots: Rubi Shoes, Australia
Bag: Asos
Belt: Vintage
Necklace: Ebay

  1. Such a gorgeous combo! I'm not really a fan of small polka dots. But oversized dots....A MUST in my eyes! :) It's got a cute retro touch.
