I've been wanting to post about this paisley print scarf for a while now, it's such a gorgeous pattern and colour combination - AND it just so happened that it matched perfectly with an old Topshop basic vest I had lying around in my wardrobe.
It's actually designed to be a scarf - which I always wear it as, but decided to give it a test run as a belt and it looked great - it added some detail to a fairly simple outfit. The skirt is from a shop called Jay Jay's in Australia, but is a plain assymetric line maxi - you can pick them up from most good stores, i've seen them almost everywhere!
I layered it up - as per usual - to keep the outfit winter appropriate, with my trusty black sheer shirt and some opaque tights
I picked the scarf up for just 2.50 at Beyond Retro. They have some awesome stuff (I have mentioned them before) they usually have a box full of random scarfs of all colours and prints for such cheap prices. If you dig around your bound to find something you'll love - I always do!
