"In The Summertime When The Weather Is Fine"

Okay so today it isn't so great weather-wise (so much for lasting through the week) but today's outfit post is all about the sunny days - good job I took the images on a warm evening..

If you think you're thinking you recognise the print, you're right. This is the matching top to the skirt I posted about a couple of days ago - I couldn't choose between the two and so, being three for fifteen pounds - I added the top to my Motel sample sale haul.

This gorgeous pleated skirt is a Zara original, though I picked it up on Ebay for only 99p (plus P&P) - what an absolute bargain, considering it's on there by other sellers for over twenty!

Not that you can see from the images as I've tucked it in, but the top has a cute asymmetrical bottom hem, adding something that little bit different to the look. Another thing I love about this top is the low back, it's a V shape on both sides but much deeper at the back - I'm not a big cleavage out person but I think a low backed top is super sexy - it makes this top a great one to be worn casually on a summers day or dressed up for a night out.

I actually picked this necklace up at work as they had a whole bunch of jewellery cluttering an office in the design building and so they offered it to staff to take home - perks of the job haha

A lot of it was far to blingy for my taste but this one (despite a fair amount of bling) was pretty cute and looked great with this outfit.

Anyway, I must head off - Movie date with the boyf.

  1. I love that black and white top and the lovely necklace. Loving your hair too such a chic style.

Would love to hear feedback from you all :)
