Most days for me, do not require much preening at all.
I get up, I get washed and dressed, I ready my face for the outside world and throw my hair up - hair down and done is a rarity. This does, however, make it even more frustrating to have a bad hair day on a hair down occasion!
Now a hat is an awesome asset for previously mentioned situations. I have discovered an amazing trick in twisting my hair up and tucking it into a hat - never to be seen again for the rest of the day.
Works a treat!
This cute little sleeveless dress is a Cotton On buy - awesome for throwing over the top or a jumper on colder days and I'll certainly be wearing it when the sun comes back to Melbourne.
The gorgeous geometric pattern shirt was picked up at a Salvos op shop - I have to say, I never thought I'd wear a polo shirt after leaving my last secondary school P.E lesson but I suppose you just never know what will end up in your wardrobe!
Neutral tones in accessories are great and I'm loving this scarf from H&M - I've barely taken it off all winter - so easy to wear and it goes with almost anything - an awesome addition to your handbag for when the cold Melbourne wind sweeps through the city!
Now I've raved about the Camberwell markets many a time before but it just has to be said again - GO THERE! It's great for finding super cute clothing at a fraction of the price - I picked up these stunning plum leather shoes by 'And Other Stories' for only $15.
